International Duties, Taxes, and Customs Policy

When ordering from my studio, please be aware that duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the checkout total. These charges are determined by your country’s customs agency and may need to be paid before your order is released for delivery. Unfortunately, I am unable to cover these costs.

Customs & Import Taxes

As the buyer, you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in your country. Since these fees vary based on location and local regulations, I cannot predict or control them.

Customs Delays

I strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but customs processing times can vary. Please understand that I am not responsible for any shipping delays caused by customs procedures.

Non-Payment of Duties & Taxes

If you choose not to pay the required customs fees, your order will be returned to me. As per my refund policy, I cannot provide a refund in such cases. However, I am happy to assist with reshipping the item, but you will need to cover the reshipping costs.

Honest & Accurate Declarations

All items are declared at their full purchase value for export purposes. Under no circumstances will shipping or customs documents be falsified.
