Returns and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is my priority. As my artwork is printed on demand, I have outlined my return and refund policy to ensure clarity.
Order Issues
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect artwork, please contact me at art@melinagiagou.com within 30 days of receiving your order. To help me resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the artwork and any defects
I will investigate and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Artwork
Because each piece is made just for you, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizes ordered (please double-check the size guide before purchasing)
- If you are unsure about sizing or have any questions, feel free to reach out to me at art@melinagiagou.com before placing your order. I’ll be happy to help!
Refunds
I am committed to ensuring you have the best experience possible! Refunds are available in these cases:
- Your artwork arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong product
- Your order is lost due to a fulfilment issue
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the processing to be completed. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out. I am happy to assist you!
International Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
As my studio is located in the United Kingdom, any applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the checkout total and are your responsibility. These charges are determined by your country’s customs agency. If you refuse to pay these fees, the delivery will be returned to me. Unfortunately, I cannot provide a refund in such cases. However, I can assist with reshipping the artwork, and you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
Returns
Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect artwork. Items must be in their original condition and unused. For eligible returns, I will guide you through the next steps to make it right.
Shipping Issues
To ensure smooth and speedy delivery, please double-check that all your shipping details are correct when placing your order. I am happy to help, but I cannot be responsible for delays or missing artwork due to incorrect information.
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. They will help you track it down. If you still face issues, feel free to contact me at art@melinagiagou.com, and I’ll assist you further.
Wrong Address: If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, your shipment will be returned to me. Once I have the correct address, I will be happy to reship your artwork, but the reshipping costs will need to be covered by you.
Unclaimed Packages: If your package is unclaimed and returned to me, I will need to charge for reshipping once I confirm your updated details.
Out of Stock Artwork
If any artwork in your order is out of stock, I will notify you immediately. Here are your options if a product is out of stock:
Switch to an Alternative Artwork: If you would like to choose a different artwork, please contact me at art@melinagiagou.com, and I will help you update your order.
Wait for the Artwork to Restock: You can choose to wait until the artwork is back in stock. While I cannot guarantee a specific timeframe, I will keep you updated on availability.
Cancel the Order: If neither of the above options works for you, I can cancel your order and issue a full refund for the affected artwork(s).

Cancellations
Since your order is unique and printed on demand just for you, I am unable to make changes or cancellations once it is placed. However, if you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out. I am always happy to help!
