All rights to the artwork remain the exclusive property of the artist, Melina Giagou Studio (Paschalina Giagkou), before and after purchase. This applies to all forms of artwork, including but not limited to original pieces, commissioned works, prints and any current or future reproductions in any medium.

By purchasing an artwork, whether an original, a commission, or a print, the buyer does not acquire any rights to:
- Reproduce, duplicate, or copy the artwork in any form, including physical, digital, or derivative works.
- Print, distribute, or sell the artwork for commercial purposes.
- Alter or modify the artwork in any way.
- Mint the artwork as an NFT or use it in any blockchain-based projects.
- Use the artwork for branding, marketing, or promotional purposes without prior written consent.

The only exception to this restriction is the non-commercial sharing of purchased artwork.

Buyers are welcome to post images of their purchased artwork on social media for personal enjoyment, provided they credit Melina Giagou as the artist and do not imply ownership of the intellectual property rights.

Governing Law And Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This includes, but is not limited to, any matters related to the interpretation, enforcement, or validity of these terms. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom for the resolution of any such disputes.
