All UK orders are delivered for FREE within 4-5 business days using trusted, UK-based service providers.

Important note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volumes and  will be displayed at checkout.

 While we are not currently able to offer delivery to the European Union, USA and any other international locations, we are working hard behind the scenes to make this possible in the near future. Stay tuned – we cannot wait to serve you wherever you are!

Returns and Refund Policy

At The Human Contrast, your satisfaction is our priority. As our products are printed on demand, we’ve outlined our return and refund policy to ensure clarity.

Order Issues

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us at art@thehumancontrast.com within 30 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:  
- Your order number.  
- A description of the issue.  
- Clear photos of the product and any defects.  
We will investigate and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Products

We are here to make sure you love your custom-made items! Because each piece is made just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect sizes or colours ordered (please double-check our size guide before purchasing).

If you are unsure about sizing or have any questions about our products, we would be happy to help! Just drop us a message at art@thehumancontrast.com before placing your order.

Refunds

We are here to make sure you have the best experience possible! Refunds are available in these cases:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective.
• You receive the wrong product.
• Your order is lost due to a fulfilment issue.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the processing to be completed. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out, we are happy to help!

Returns

Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. Items must be in their original condition and unused. For eligible returns, we will guide you through the next steps to make it right.

Shipping Issues

To ensure a smooth and speedy delivery, please double-check that all your shipping details are correct when placing your order. We are here to help, but we cannot be responsible for delays or missing items due to incorrect information.

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance, they will be able to help you track it down. If you still face issues, we will be happier to assist you further by contacting us at: art@thehumancontrast.com

Wrong Address: If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, your shipment will be returned to us. Once we have the correct address, we will be happy to reship your order, but the reshipping costs will need to be covered by you.

Unclaimed Packages: If your package is unclaimed and returned to us, we will need to charge for reshipping once we confirm your updated details.

Out of Stock Items

If any items in your order are out of stock with our suppliers, we will notify you immediately after placing your order.  
Here are your options if a product is out of stock:  
1. Switch to an Alternative Product
   If you would like to choose a different product, please contact us at art@thehumancontrast.com, and we will help you update your order. 
2. Wait for the Product to Restock
   You can choose to wait until the product is back in stock. While we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe, we will keep you updated on availability.  
3. Cancel the Order
   If neither of the above options works for you, we can cancel your order and issue a full refund for the affected item(s).

Cancellations

Since your order is unique and printed on demand just for you, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once it is placed. That said, if you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out, we are always happy to help!
